Vacation in a Bohemian Monument

Prices

The rental price of the holiday home is €80 per night (1 to 3 persons). For each additional person €25
per night more. In the high season (01.07.-31.08 and 24.12.-06.01.) a surcharge of 25% is to be paid
on the rental price. The minimum number of overnight stays is than 5 nights.

All prices include:
• Bedding.
• Towels.
• Use of washing machine and tumble dryer.
• ‘Starter kit’: toilet paper, detergent, soap etc.

In addition to be paid

• Electricity consumption (approx. €0.35/kWh) and firewood (€45/quarter m3)
• Final cleaning: €50 (1 to 3 persons), €15 more for each additional person. A dog is allowed with a surcharge of €50 on final cleaning.
• Tourist tax (€1 per person/day)

Payment
• Down payment of 30% of the total price upon conclusion of the contract, the remaining payment not later than 28 days before the start of the rental.
• Electricity consumption and tourist tax are paid at the end of the stay.
• Deposit: € 200 cash to be paid upon arrival.
• Payment in Czech crowns possible.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation up to the 56th day before the start of the rental: € 25
Cancellation up to the 28th day before the start of the rental: 30 %
Cancellation up to the 14th day before the start of the rental: 60 %
After that and in case of no-show: 90 %

Check in/out
• Arrival: 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm
• Departure: until 10:00 am
